These 6″ corrugated foam eaves fillers are designed to close the open corrugations at the edges of our 6″ PALRUF™ corrugated PVC sheets. They help prevent draughts, dust and insects from entering through the open profile, while giving the finished roof a neater, more complete finish.

The foam fillers are shaped to suit the 6″ PALRUF™ profile and are simple to position during installation. They can also be used when replacing existing eaves fillers as part of a roofing repair.

We recommend using a minimum of two fillers per sheet – one at the lower eaves and one at the upper support. For a more complete seal, fillers can also be fitted at additional purlins.

Installation Information

Minimum quantity: We recommend using at least two eaves fillers per sheet – one at the lower eaves and one at the upper support.
Additional sealing: Eaves fillers can also be fitted at additional purlins where required for a more complete seal.
Positioning: Place the filler so it follows the corrugations of the PALRUF™ sheet and closes the open profile.
Clean and dry surface: Make sure the area is clean and dry before fitting the filler.
Fit before securing the sheet: Position the eaves filler against the support before fixing the PALRUF™ sheet in place.
Do not force the sheet: The roofing sheet should sit naturally over the filler and supporting structure. Do not pull, stretch or force the sheet into position.
Use with the correct fixings: Eaves fillers are used to close the corrugations and should be installed alongside the appropriate roofing fixings and other finishing details where required.
Check the finished seal: Make sure the filler sits evenly within the corrugations without leaving large gaps.
Roof access: Do not walk directly on PALRUF™ sheets. Use suitable crawling boards or roof ladders supported by the structure when access is required.
