About The Polycarbonate Store

The Polycarbonate Store supplies polycarbonate sheets, roofing materials and accessories to homeowners and trade customers across the UK. Behind the website is a small team based in Doncaster, handling sales, customer service and technical guidance.

We know that ordering materials often involves more than choosing a sheet. You may need to check sizes, compare materials or work out which glazing bars and accessories go with your project. Our team is here to help you find the relevant information before you order.

Backed by a UK manufacturer

Our parent company, Palram, is a major manufacturer of polycarbonate and PVC sheets. Palram manufactures polycarbonate sheets here in the UK at its Doncaster plant, with PVC sheet production in Durham.

That UK manufacturing presence is an important part of our story. It sits alongside the practical support provided by our own sales and customer service team. If the country of manufacture matters for a particular product or project, please ask us to confirm the details for the item you’re considering.

Our warehouse

We provide our in-house cutting service, based at our warehouse in Sleaford. Many of our sheet materials can be ordered cut to size, while others are supplied in standard sizes. Available options and cutting tolerances vary by product, so please check the product page or speak to us before placing your order.

Delivery and collection

Our delivery vehicles operate from the Sleaford warehouse. Deliveries are planned around our routes, the products ordered and stock availability. Once your order has been scheduled, we’ll send the delivery information by email. Our delivery information page has the current coverage, estimated lead times and delivery arrangements.

You can also arrange to collect an eligible order from our Sleaford warehouse. Please wait for confirmation that it is ready and for your collection time before travelling. See our collections policy for details.

Read what customers say

You don’t have to take our word for the service we provide. Customers share their experiences of ordering, products, advice and delivery on our independent Trustpilot review page.
