If you’ve found a lower quote from another UK supplier for comparable products, please give us the chance to look at it. We’ll review the products and the full price, including delivery, and let you know whether we can offer a match.

We compare the products and the total cost, including delivery. If we can match the price, we’ll confirm what we can offer before you place your order. Each request is considered individually, and a match is not guaranteed.

What to send us

To help us compare the quotes, please include:

• The product you want to order from us and the quantity required.
• The lower price, the supplier’s name and a link or quotation showing where you found it.
• Your delivery postcode and the delivery charge included in the competing price.
• Any cutting or other requirements included in the competing quote.

Comparing the right products

A sheet price is only useful when the sheets themselves are comparable. For example, thickness, sheet type, dimensions and colour can all affect the price. If you need sheets cut to size, let us know whether the competing price includes the same cutting requirements.

We’ll also look at what it costs to have the order delivered, rather than comparing product prices alone. Providing the full quote helps us assess the price you would actually pay.

Ordering several products?

If your project needs sheets, glazing bars and accessories, ask us to price the order together. Send us your list and quantities, and we can prepare a package quote for the products you need. This can be more useful than comparing the price of a single sheet when you’re buying materials for a complete job.

Price match terms

Price match requests are available to UK customers and must be made before or when you place your order. We cannot apply a price match after an order has been placed.

The competing quote must come from a reputable UK supplier and cover a comparable product of the same type, colour, specification and quality. The comparison must include delivery costs. If you cannot provide a genuine quotation when requested, we may still consider the price at our discretion.

We review all requests individually and may be unable to offer a match. Any offer is subject to our Terms & Conditions, and we may withdraw the price match offer without notice.
