PALRUF™ Clear 6″ corrugated PVC sheets are a lightweight and durable roofing solution, ideal for bringing natural light into covered areas while providing protection from rain and the elements.
Manufactured from UV-stabilised PVC, these 1.3mm sheets feature the larger 6″ Big 6 profile, providing a practical corrugated roofing solution for carports, canopies, walkways, pergolas, patio covers, outbuildings and other outdoor structures.
The clear finish allows natural daylight through the roof, helping to brighten the area below without the need for additional lighting. PALRUF™ is also resistant to weathering, corrosion and a wide range of chemicals, making it suitable for both domestic and commercial applications.
The lightweight PVC construction makes the sheets straightforward to handle, cut and drill during installation, while requiring minimal ongoing maintenance.

Natural Blue Tint: Clear PALRUF™ has a natural, slight blue tint. This is a normal characteristic of the PVC and is associated with the UV-protective additives used in the material. The tint can appear considerably more noticeable when several sheets are stacked together, as you are looking through multiple layers of material. Once the sheets are separated and installed, the blue tint will generally appear much lighter. This does not affect the sheet’s performance or transparency.
Protect Wooden Purlins: When installing clear PALRUF™ sheets onto wooden purlins, apply white acrylic paint or aluminium tape to the top of the purlins. This helps reflect sunlight and prevent excessive heat build-up within the timber beneath the clear sheets. This is specifically highlighted in the PALRUF™ installation guidance.
Storage: Store sheets flat, supported and protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat prior to installation.
Do Not Walk on the Sheets: PALRUF™ sheets should not be walked on during installation or maintenance. Where access is required, use suitable crawling boards or roof ladders supported by the underlying structure.
Always follow the manufacturer’s installation guidance for the correct roof pitch, support spacing, overlaps and fixing arrangement for your particular application.
