3. Prepare the Sheet – Peel back the protective film on both sides and clean the sheet’s edge to remove dirt and moisture.
4. Apply the Tape –Stick the tape to the top surface, aligning it evenly along the sheet width.
5. Fold it over the open flutes, pressing down firmly to create a secure seal.
6. Ensure an equal overhang on both sides.
7. Seal the Ends – Fold and stick down the 25mm overhang at each end to create a neat, secure seal.
8. Attach End Closures – Always fit a sheet end closure over the tape to prevent water ingress and enhance durability.

Which Tape Do I Need If I’m Cutting My Sheets?
If you are cutting down your polycarbonate sheets, you will generally only need perforated anti-dust tape to reseal the bottom edge.
