Twin-wall and Multiwall polycarbonate sheets are UV-protected, but only on one side! Look for the protective film with writing on it — this is the UV-protected side and should face the sun. The other side has no UV coating and should face away.
Pre-taping Service: Sheets come with aluminum and anti-dust tape applied to the ends of the sheet to prevent dirt and debris from entering the flutes. If you don’t want taping, please specify at purchase. During preparation, a 10mm strip of protective film is removed, leaving a visible score line; this is standard practice and does not impact quality.
The open ends of the sheets need to be sealed with sheet closures.
We cannot guarantee where the blade lands when cutting the sheets, so it is not possible to ensure hard edges on all panels.
Please store and lay this material flat in a cool, dry place prior to installation.
