Our 25mm two tone multiwall polycarbonate sheets are double-extruded. They have a bronze outer surface and an opal inner layer. It’s ideal for sunny conservatories, offering a good balance between heat reflection and light transmission (8% compared to Headguard’s 7%). The opal inner layer still provides a bright look and reflects artificial light at night.

Twin-wall and Multiwall polycarbonate sheets are UV-protected, but only on one side! Look for the protective film with writing on it — this is the UV-protected side and should face the sun. The other side has no UV coating and should face away.

The Two Tone Bronze Opal Polycarbonate Multiwall Sheet is designed with a dual-layer combination to reduce heat buildup while diffusing natural daylight. Its bronze outer layer reflects up to 50% of solar heat, making it ideal for sunny areas, while the opal interior maintains brightness and reflects artificial light at night. Perfect for sunrooms, conservatories, and rooflights, this sheet balances heat reflection and light transmission, offering a light transmittance of 8%.

Pre-taping Service: Sheets come with aluminium and anti-dust tape applied to the ends of the sheet to prevent dirt and debris from entering the flutes. If you don’t want taping, please specify at purchase. During preparation, a 10mm strip of protective film is removed, leaving a visible score line; this is standard practice and does not impact quality.

The open ends of the sheets need to be sealed with sheet closures.

We cannot guarantee where the blade lands when cutting the sheets, so it is not possible to ensure hard edges on all panels.

• UV1 Protection: UV resistant on one side, effectively blocking harmful UV radiation and preventing yellowing.
• Sheet ends can be pre-taped with aluminium and anti-dust tape. The aluminium tape is placed at the top of the sheet and the anti-dust at the bottom of the sheet.
• We will always endeavour to keep to your measurements however, there is an industry standard tolerance of +/- 5mm when cutting.
• The largest sheet size we can offer in this thickness is 2.1m x 7m (WxL).
• The flutes in the material run parallel to the length of the sheet.
• This material is cut to your individual requirements; therefore, they are bespoke and non-returnable.
• Material may vary in brands due to supplier availability, we cannot guarantee a particular brand when your order is placed.
• We recommend you don’t exceed 900mm width sheets without the correct supports.
