Clear PALRUF™ 95/35 corrugated PVC sheets provide a practical, lightweight roofing solution where natural daylight is required. Manufactured from durable, UV-stabilised PVC, this 1.2mm sheet is suitable for a wide range of domestic, commercial and agricultural applications.
The clear finish allows natural light through while providing protection from rain and the elements, making it a popular choice for carports, canopies, pergolas, patio covers, skylights, covered walkways and outbuildings.
With a 95/35 corrugated profile, the sheet provides good rigidity while remaining lightweight and straightforward to handle, cut and drill on site. PALRUF™ is also resistant to weathering, corrosion and a wide range of chemicals, making it a low-maintenance alternative to traditional corrugated roofing materials.

Natural Blue Tint: Clear PALRUF™ has a natural, slight blue tint. This is a normal characteristic of the PVC and is caused by the UV-protective additives used in the manufacturing process. The tint can appear more noticeable when several sheets are stacked together, as you are looking through multiple layers of material. Once the sheets are separated and installed, the blue tint will generally appear much lighter. This does not affect the sheet’s performance or transparency.
Protect Wooden Purlins: When installing clear PALRUF™ sheets onto wooden purlins, apply white acrylic paint or aluminium tape to the top of the purlins. This helps reflect sunlight and prevent excessive heat build-up within the timber beneath the clear sheets. This is an important installation requirement for clear PALRUF™.
Roof Pitch: The PALRUF™ 95/35 technical guide recommends a minimum roof slope of 10% to allow adequate drainage.
Sheet Overlap: Where sheets need to be overlapped along the length of the roof, the manufacturer’s technical guide recommends a 200mm longitudinal overlap above a purlin. The side-lap should be positioned against the primary direction of rainfall.
Fixings: Pre-drill fixing holes at the corrugation crests and use suitable fixings with appropriate EPDM sealing washers. Do not over-tighten fixings, as this can restrict movement and damage the sheet.
Cutting: PALRUF™ can be cut using a suitable fine-tooth saw or jigsaw. Support the sheet close to the cutting line to reduce vibration and movement while cutting.
Storage: Store sheets horizontally on a flat, supported surface in a cool, dry, shaded and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on the sheets and do not cover transparent sheets with dark, heat-absorbing materials.
Do Not Walk on the Sheets: PALRUF™ sheets should not be walked on during installation or maintenance. Where roof access is required, use suitable crawling boards or roof ladders supported by the underlying structure.
Always follow the manufacturer’s installation guidance and make sure the supporting structure, purlin spacing, fixings and overlaps are suitable for the particular application.
