I haven’t received an order confirmation or an invoice, what should I do?
Contact email@example.com immediately. Order confirmations and invoices should be received within 1 working day of placing your order. We kindly ask that you check your junk folder and confirm you have entered the correct email address.
Can I order samples?
We can send you free of charge samples for the materials however we do not have any samples for the accessories. We kindly request that you email us with your requirements at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will return a sample application form to you by email.
What suppliers do you use?
Majority of our material is produced by Palram. However, if stock is low, Brett Martin is used as an alternative. Majority of our accessories are Exitex and the others are Molan.
Do you cut to size?
Yes, we do for sheets only. We stock standard sheet sizes and can offer a cutting service for your bespoke requirements. We do not offer a cutting service for accessories.
What is your cutting tolerance?
We will always endeavour to keep to your measurements however, there is an industry standard tolerance of +/- 5mm when cutting.
Which is the length and width for Twinwall and Multiwall?
The flutes in the material run parallel to the length. The width of the material is the opened, exposed ends of the flutes. In some thickness of sheets, the exposed flutes are pre-taped, please see below.
Do the sheets come taped?
Yes, we tape the open ends of the sheets free of charge. Note this is only for 10mm, 16mm, 25mm, 32mm, 35mm multiwall sheets. The top of the sheet has aluminium tape, and the bottom of the sheet has breather tape.
What are the specifications of your material?
We kindly ask that you refer to our data sheets or technical guides. If you are unable to find these on our website, please email email@example.com with your choice of material and a member of the team will respond with the correct data sheet for you.
Can I return my items?
For standard sheet sizes (above 1m x 1m) and accessories, yes you can as these are picking items. Restocking fees do apply and will be deducted from the overall refund value. For any cut to size sheets purchased, we do not accept any returns. Please refer to our Ts and Cs.
Can I collect?
Yes. Collection is from our warehouse based in Sleaford, NG34. We require a minimum of 72 hours for processing and cutting any orders however, this is subject to stock, availability, and the complexity of the order. We will contact you with your collection day and time.
Where do you deliver?
Please note we only deliver to the UK mainland. We DO NOT deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, any Isles off mainland UK, JE, or GY postcodes. We are unable to deliver to some postcodes however, others are subject to longer lead times; TR, SA, LD, SY, LL, PA, PH, IV, KW.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Unfortunately not, as we are not in association with any third-party couriers.
What is your postcode lead time?
Our daily routes are typically delivered in 3-10 working days. Our weekly routes are typically delivered in 7-14 working days. Our grey regions are subject to longer lead times.
Do you offer delivery slots?
No, we do not. However, our drivers deliver between a 12-hour period, 7am – 7pm. Please keep your telephone to hand in case the driver contacts you to liaise with you directly.
Can you give me tracking information?
Unfortunately, not. Our deliveries are not tracked as they are on our own dedicated fleet of vehicles. Once the daily or weekly run sheet has been finalised by the transport department, we can provide you with your estimated day if you require this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Are deliveries guaranteed?
No, they are not. All delivery dates advised are subject to stock availability and not promised. We cannot guarantee delivery days or delivery time slots, these are estimated dates as per our postcode schedule map.
What is your current product lead time?
All of our products are subject to stock and availability.
Twinwall, Multiwall, Solid Polycarbonate, Corrugated, Accessories: 3 – 10 working days.
Standard Kit Canopies, Door Awnings, Polycarbonate Greenhouses: 2 – 3 weeks.
Bespoke Evolution Canopies: 2 – 4 weeks.
Premium Sunglaze & Sunpal Systems: 3 – 6 weeks.
