Delivery You Can Rely On — Built for Trade
When you’re placing large orders for commercial projects, not a DIY job for the back garden, you need a delivery service you can count on. That’s why we handle all deliveries ourselves, using our dedicated fleet, no couriers.
Why Our In-House Delivery Matters
- Full control over handling: Since we don’t hand your goods off to couriers, we maintain full responsibility from our yard to your site.
- Tailored drop offs: We understand construction sites, commercial access constraints, and coordination with your crew. Our drivers know what they’re doing.
- Long sheets, bulky loads: Our vehicles are designed to carry oversized loads.
What We Can Deliver
- Long sheets & accessories: Our vehicles can accommodate sheets and accessories up to 7m in length, so if you’ve got large panels or long extrusion lengths, we can handle that.
- Pallets (when weight/size permit): Where appropriate, we’ll deliver on pallets which is especially useful for dense batches of sheets or accessories – subject to weight and dimensions being within our vehicle limits.
- Nationwide mainland UK coverage: From projects in Cornwall to a build in Scotland, we service the UK mainland. (Note: we don’t deliver to Northern Ireland, offshore islands, or certain postcode areas. Please contact us ahead of ordering to confirm we can reach your site.)
Delivery Times & Process
- Standard lead time: Typically 3–10 working days for daily routes. For less frequent or remote zones, allow 7–14 working days.
- Dispatch notice: You’ll receive an email when your load is scheduled for dispatch.
- Driver window: Our drivers deliver during a 12 hour period starting around 7am. We’ll do our best to notify you if any delays arise.
- One man delivery: Our drivers operate solo and deliver kerbside (i.e. as close to the address as they reasonably can) so please ensure full access is available on the day.
What We Need From You:
- Let us know in advance of any access constraints — site opening hours, tight gates, low bridges, restricted zones, narrow drives (especially for large or heavyweight vehicles; 7.5 tonne, 18 tonne). Where possible, please provide a what3words point for delivery.
- Provide both mobile and landline numbers so the driver can reach you if needed.
