We pride ourselves on our Nationwide UK Delivery Service using our own transport and a range of highly reputable couriers. Our aim is to ensure you receive your goods in excellent condition and delivered at a time convenient for you.
We offer a range of delivery options which all have different delivery ranges,
Economy (7-10 working days)

Express Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
Super Fast Delivery (1-3 Working Days) Palsun category only
Next Day Delivery (On orders placed before 12pm) Palsun category only

All these prices apply to UK Mainland, non UK Mainland customers will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
You can collect from our distribution and manufacturing centre in Sheffield (S26 5NU) your goods will normally be ready for collection 48 hours after placing your order online.
If you need to provide us with any extra information for delivery, or any requested delivery dates, there is a box which you can put this information in on the Checkout page.
All delivery dates given are subject to stock availability and only estimated delivery dates - if your order is late we accept no responsibility for any incurred fees for labour, late fees occurred from your customer or any other legally binding arrangements third party to us. We strongly advise not to book builders or labourers on site until you have received your order and fully checked the order is correct.
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY:
We need a signature for your order, so couriers (Tuffnells, DHL, and DBL) will not leave in a safe location unless this has been specifically requested by the customer in writing.
If delivery is attempted and no one is there, then a card will be left with the tracking information and telephone number so you can reschedule the delivery to a more convenient time.
During the checkout process you can specify a different delivery address if you know you are going to be out.
In the event of any damages when you receive your order, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery and send us photographic evidence of the damages. We will then get you a replacement sent out urgently.
You have the right to cancel your order for any items purchased from The Polycarbonate Store except bespoke cut orders that have been produced to your specifications. If you wish to cancel your order you need to email us within 7 days of you receiving your order and it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the good condition.
