We monitor our prices daily to ensure that our products are at the most competitive prices in the marketplace. In the unlikely event that you do find a cheaper quote elsewhere we always try to offer a price match for you.
To claim your price match simply email us the details to [email protected] with the details of the products and where you found the price and we will match the price for you. Or alternatively you can call our sales team on 0114 3570327 and discuss the alternative price that you have found.
TERMS OF THE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
- Guarantee only applies to quotes that are sourced from a reputable UK supplier, is of the same quality, colour, type and of similar quality and must include the delivery costs.
- We may ask for proof of the price quoted in the form of a genuine and official quotation from the competitive supplier (If this cannot be produced, the price match will be offered at our discretion)
- Price match can only be offered before or at the time of ordering, we cannot offer the price match after the order has been placed.
- Offer only available to UK customers.
- Price match guarantee is down to our discretion and sometimes, we are unfortunately not able to offer the guarantee.
